Yo Yo

Up and down.

I go up and down.

I've been eating pretty well for a few months following a slow carb regimine.

Protein 6 days a week.

Whatever I want on the 7th.

I heard about this type of diet from Tim Ferriss, the author and podcaster and what I've found is my energy is much much higher than it has been in quite a while.
